Fits 1998-2007 Dodge Cummins 24 valve & Common Rail cylinder heads.

Our water bypass kit relieves excessive pressure in the back of the engine. Our water valve opens between 45-50 psi. Engines that turn high rpm's create high pressure in the back of the block that causes freeze plugs in the block/ cylinder head to blow out under 'higher than stock' hp applications.

Kit includes: •Polished aluminum thermostat spacer - (with mounting hardware / o-ring) •Braded stainless steel AN #8 line (with fittings on both ends) •Brass water bypass valve (adjustable from 50-100 psi)
